Dear Fellow Homeowners,
The purpose of this letter is to kick off 2017 and discuss the annual meeting. Our community is approaching 30 year mark and there are many things we need to consider to take us through another 30! If you have not attended a meeting ever or at least for a very long time.. It is now time for you to make a change! With each decision the HOA Trustees need to make for the greater good, there are some residents who will celebrate the changes and other who are unhappy. There is no way to ensure everyone LOVES every decision made and regardless of how things shake out in the end, you should have a voice!……
Please visit our document area for a full copy of the newsletter!
Often we hear from residents a wish for increased communication from the board. We would LOVE to improve on this! We are currently in the process of creating a community directory, which will give us much needed contact information from everyone. Ideally, we would like to publish a copy of the directory for the whole neighborhood to have. You would have the option of allowing your information to be published of course!
If you could fill in the information on the provided signup form here, we can work to improve modes of communication with our community!
We are pleased to announce the new sigh has been installed today and we could not be happier with the look of it! Great thanks to all involved in the process to make this dream come true! Special thanks to the sign manufacturer Kim Moscarino from Signage Innovations and Warrens Landscaping for bringing it all together so professionally and beautifully!
June 13, 2016 HOA Board Meeting Notes are available under the documents.
We hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. With the pool now open we’d like to remind you of some rules:
- NO GLASS: This refers to all type of glass containers not just bottles, including bottles in foam holders. No glass bottles, glasses, dishes, anything glass that can break on the decking, etc. While accidents are not intentional if someone breaks any glass at the pool the pool will need to be shut down while it is drained, cleaned then refilled, this can be a few days and will cost ~$1,500 that could be used for something else.
- Trash & Debris: We have noticed a lot of cigarette butts and debris in and around the pool. There are trash cans that need to be used. We don’t want to have to pay someone to clean up after our residents.
The full set of rules are on the web site if you need to review for age limits, time the pool is open, etc. The rules are not in place to be restrictive to the residents and guest but to keep us all safe and limit unnecessary expenses.
